Thank you for choosing us for your hitting lessons. We value your time and dedication, and we ask that you respect ours as well. Because our schedule operates on strict booking slots, late cancellations and missed appointments prevent other members from scheduling.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, you must do so at least 6 hours before your scheduled start time. There is no penalty for early cancellations.
Any cancellation made less than 6 hours before the scheduled lesson will be subject to a $25 late cancellation fee.
If you fail to show up for your lesson without giving any prior notice ("no-show/no-call"), you will automatically be charged the $25 fee.
Repeated no-shows may result in the forfeiture of your lesson.

We understand that life happens, and sudden emergencies, illnesses, or extreme weather conditions can arise. If you have an urgent, unavoidable circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
To book a lesson, a valid credit or debit card must be kept on file. By scheduling a lesson, you authorize Infinite Hitting South Raleigh to charge the $25 fee in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
