All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.
Payment is required at the time of booking or before services are rendered. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the booking process. All fees are in U.S. dollars.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment. Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participation in baseball and softball activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risk of injury. By using our services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
